Returns & Exchanges

At Petite Maison Kids, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain delicate occasion wear and sale items may be subject to specific exchange-only conditions.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, hangers, and protective polybags are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our boutique warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
